I have been having reboot problems as well, but I tracked it down to the on board realtek audio drivers. It seems that others are having this problems as well.

I am having a similar problem with Realtek Audio. Try disabling the audio driver to turn off the audio instead of turning off audio in the client. If that works, then we know it is the audio driver.
