Fleet Scythe does it for me. Reasonable tank and can fit a full rack of 425mm AC's. It has the speed to get you out of trouble as fast as you got into it which is no bad thing either.

How exactly does fitting a cap booster lead to sub-par guns, flight control and damage output? Especially considering most of those depend on low slot mods? It does mean you may need to sacrifice a web or even a tanking mod if your shield tanked...

I've seen the tactic used a number of times over the years and it has always resulted in your drones being cleared and a GM warning issued, I have never seen an instance where a GM approved of the tactic or ever having heard of it being green ligh...
