If your lvl 3 agents are not R&D agents, you should change it to them. If your agent corp doesn't offer R&D agents, you should change it to another corp that do. Otherwise you are wasting your time doing agent missions... R&D agents let you do r...

the no. of homeless required to complete a research missions compared to no. that is droped by normal missions definitly need to be looked at. homeless are selling for around 500k-750k per unit and research agents i have seen has asked for around...
