To implant or not to implant?. Again,.If there is a wide range of Implants to choose from.A option should also be/have a Multi use Factor,Like with Shield Mode.You can add say 2 Invul fields with a damage factor of whatever %. Sith

I believe I saw,Some months back,A shield-Called, a learning Shield, Comes as Shield 1 and 2,to use,all skills in the learning must be at 5. These shields are a Med slot mode. Maybe a Future CCP device to be added to eve. Sith
