There's always Chribba's page. http://eve-offline.net/ Sometimes it has comments regarding the downtime.

2. New Dev Blog: Accord reached at CCP's special summit - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
I appreciate the CSM's coming in here to supplement the blog messages. Is there any indication that CCP will keep at least you guys informed on upcoming changes to their 'plans'? I'd really hate to go through this again in another year when they d...

3. New Dev Blog: Accord reached at CCP's special summit - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]

4. New Dev Blog: Accord reached at CCP's special summit - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
After all of the waiting, I am completely underwhelmed at the result. I'm really not understanding all of the people who are 'happy' with this result. Too many weasel words in these statements to take anything seriously. I really wanted to re-acti...

5. "An update on pending CCP and CSM statements" - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
If they let the entire weekend pass then I'm not even going to care anymore. This delay is BS. This has been going on for weeks, plenty of time for them to have something prepared before the CSM's even arrived and then they'd just have to do some ...

10. [Proposal] Suicide Ganks - in Assembly Hall [original thread]
Originally by: Cpt Branko You can suicide gank them. My point is that I am not a pirate and shouldn't have to take a sec hit and be subject to death for taking out an outlaw. The current system is silly, I'm an outlaw with an outrageo...

11. [Proposal] Suicide Ganks - in Assembly Hall [original thread]
I think the whole security status thing needs to be looked at. Basic insurance needs to be taken out entirely. If you didn't buy insurance, you don't get a payout at all. Taking away a minimal insurance payment isn't likely going to help anything ...
