The bug that effects systems seems to be the cosmetic one. On the 2 or 3 occasions that I've had a real cap drain bug I haven't noticed anybody else in system with me complaining about it. Could be just a small sample size though.

well, this means indys won't get any harder to hunt, but it also mean they won't have any named stabs to loot. Useful for battleships that run out of CPU fitting 5-8 stabs though. Yay for them.
