Update on discussions with GM regarding my 10 lost slots... Basically their excuse was that I had not paid the rents on 10 slots, but when I checked my corp accounts they had in fact been paid for. Besides, it is too coincidental to have purchased...

With Covert Ops Cloak device on a Covert Ops Frigate you CAN warp whilst cloaked. If you auto pilot through a gate you remain cloaked as the jump distance exceeds the 2km cloaking restriction. Then again "Covert" wouldn't be "Covert" if you could...
