Just remove incursions from high-sec, they pay way more than any high security dweller should ever need anyway. High sec should be regarded as for beginners only so they can get their feet wet before moving into the deep end.

It's a strong fleet composition but probably a bit too much 'force projection' unless you are planning to fight 30 at a minimum. For a group new to PVP that's probably asking a bit much while they find their feet. Also -9000 style points for ECM ...

Orca immunity was patched out ages ago. Literally the only thing that causes you problems is slow alignment so do what you have to do to reduce that. Cloaking is also useless.
