For a new character your best bet now is to get +3 implants and train all learning skills to 4 for now. But as for ship types, I went caldari and that's cool if you wanna do that. But honestly I wish I went gallente for pvp though I'm now training...

I was wondering what skills makes the huge diffrence in EFT when you go from your character to All V, I have most skills in my Engineering skills to 4 or V but there must be another skill in another skill tree that affects shield boosting.
