Heya guys... i have heard some talk about the description for the skill called learning is bugged... Some say that the skill is reducing the training time by 2% and some say that it adds 2 pts to all your attributes.... Can someone settle a bet...

hmm think of this... Train to ammar indy lvl5 and get 25% more cargo.... and the train for the itheron Mark V what will you get if you have 27,85% CE's on it too though.. hehe and a small MWD... I think all skills need training.. so better speed....
