compression is easy, 100 Units of Ore Compresses to 1 Unit of Compresses Ore. You need no blueprints or anything else, Just the ore and the ability to compress somewhere.

Station is applying the cost reduction, I believe what you are missing is the Mineral Requirements that are reduced in The POS, Less minerals meaning it costs less overall, hence it appears of similar cost Does that Help ?

Actually it will all depend on the Ore / Reprocessing Skills / market Prices. The Market has not yet fully adapted to the massive changes from Crius. Some Ore's are better sold Raw, Some Reprocessed and some Compressed. Best advice is to check ...
