I personally think it is a good idea to fit a passive targeter. That way, the first warning your target gets of your attack is when his shields boil off.

I've been training this character for a while as a nefarious alter-ego for my carebear main. I decide that the perfect start to my life of crime would be a suicide gank. Thorax? Check. Highs full of blasters ? Check. Lows full of magstabs? Check....
