Eve online is the only piece of military science fiction I've ever seen where capital ships DONT have some sort of point defense system. I guess its inherent in the mmo field that we have to bend to balance, but still, it doesn't even make sense...

I don't think anyone should get in trouble at all. If someone cheated, oh well. If I had infinite isk, I'd never go through an 'oh no, I'm broke' episode. Chalk it up to human nature, everyone takes what they want, need, or can lay hands on.
