Ahhh is the 20km disruptor = Warp Disruptor I ? I checked its information and it says the optimal range is 20km :)

aaaaaaaaa I can't find the webber drone, I don't know which NOS to buy (medium??) and I have no clue where the 20km disruptor is! I tried the search in market, to no avail! Could anyone point me in the right direction on this market please?
