Hi, Looking for a relaxed mostly HS ACTIVE corp. Don't mind adventures in to ls, null, wh, etc but not looking at living in null or ls. Only get an hr or 2 every day or so as work is pretty busy at the moment so can't commit to long term engagem...

If you don't have to be in a fleet to apply the boost, does that mean even the enemy fleet that is close up will receive your boosts ? Does this mean we will soon see boosting battleships ?? I do like the idea of receiving my own boosts.
