ok solved it by myself.....if you encounter this problem then use direct x9 in the launcher settings....it seems to have problems with direct x11

After update when i log in with my username and password i press the yellow PLAY button and then it changes to Launching but nothing happens and the yellow button turns into PLAY again. im using win 8.1
