This has got to be one of the smartest posts I've read in a while. I seldom travel to non-empire but your idea seems solid. I'd like to throw a titan into the mix. -Jump drives are/should only be fitt-able on titans. And they should be impossible...

I've gotten this mission 4 times on the 26th of this month and not a single time since. Was running LVL 3 missions for Quafe Corp, Intel Division. I've read about a few ppl complaining a little about loosing battleships to this mission but come ...

I think my agent has stoped giving me implants all together and I have a SUPERB rating with both him and the corp he works for. I've also never failed or refused a mission from him. I now get ISK in place of Implants on missions that once gave imp...
