Maybe they should re-cycle the "mothership" name. Make a new class of super-capital which is like a mobile station or something. I don't have any clear ideas but I'm sure that if I throw the idea out here the rest of the posters may mould it.

PVP is too fast in eve for things like boarding parties with real players. You'd be better to focus on space stations, planets, moons ect.
