Its all about damage :) Me and Another that i know of in Fountain have LS 5 on both energy and projectile. I cant remeber the exact number but with projectile u get a 16 or 17 x damage mod, and that bloomin hurts With the Tac IIs u gaing about ...

Althought the SC5 and BS4 would be nice i cant see CCP letting you get 1 that easily Your prob need some obscure skill like Door unlocking 4 and Lots of guns operation 5 . Something that powerfull all be it expensive will need alot of training...

The Rax was my first cruiser also. 5 mining lasers so its usefull, big drone bay also usefull , and you say its weak, well if you train your hybrids to tech level 2 the 250 IIs pack a puch , and the tech 2 blasters are awsome. So not a bad choice...

All of em But when i did them i did the ones that effected all platforms across the range, like surgical strike, traj analysis etc. once you have these it complements all guns and every gun. But if u want pure damage then its got to be the lar...

Does anybody know if these are buuged and actually work, I know they allow you to read the books but does it actually make your damage better, i know it says it does. I currently do 7.17 x damage with large tacyons and have looked at the settings...

Well just thought id put no 2 pennath in, No idea what the sums are but the basics i found were these. I did my perception advanced to level 3 it took 8 hrs off large energy 5 of which is complete now and ive jumped back to heavy misles 5 and its...
