I didn't say tech 2, I meant *tier 2*, i.e. a tech 1 destroyer that requires destroyers at level 2 to fly. like how a Raven is a tier 2 battleship, geddit? .

Yeah the range is amazing and such, and that small signature is beautiful, my issue is that a battleship can repair more, up close. And if the target it is repping is another battleship parked right next to it, then range and speed don't come into...
