aye- if mining 4 astrology 4 and lev 3 in mining barge= 540m3+20%+20%+9% =847.584m3 every 3 mins per strip miner.

small arms are legal in gallatine spaces, and slaves are legal in amarr space, not sure on other items -except durgs that dont seem legal in any empire space. i did read somewhere thats thier was a skill to sneek past customs with contraband, (...
