I think it should be possable to take control over a POS if you have hacking to 5 (or mabye a new skill?) I mean if the tower is offline or there are no guns to it then whats the point I want to be able to take it (at least an offline POS) if it's...

ok mabye you guys didn't under stand what i wrote I said for systems that have a secuerity status of over 0.7 have guns in belt so the miners can feel safe and not get ganked every second. Next, the "Fly what you can afford" Does not work in min...

how about putting sentry guns in asteroid belts 0.7 and higher since there is a growing number of "Kamikaze" pilots now roaming eve, what if you just put guns that have 0 second lock timers and fire as soon as the "kamikazi" pilot opens fire thus ...
