In desperation i made a stuck petition in hopes of a reasonable response. It was very promptly changed to a billing petition so i guess that tells us CCP prioritizes stuck characters far above billing issues... priorities they need them.

Server ate my PLEX received a fatal error and was instructed by the message to contact billing to retrieve it. First petition put in at 2014.06.24 02:01 EVE time so we are well over 24 hours which is absolutely unacceptable for a billing issue. M...
