Same thing here. Currently using Telstra as my ISP. Run a constant ping to the eve server and a trace and I don't appear to be losing any packets...

Still no word from a GM, training queue is now empty. CCP's commitment to it's customers is amazing.... Seriously terrible customer service. Account is now cancelled. Good luck to the rest of you guys with this issue.
