Hi. Im having problems with the game saying socket closed. Ive read the sticky and apologise in advance if this is upsetting anyone. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am a complete novice at this.

Hi. I apologise for my ignorance due to being less than a novice at this kinda thing, but I've no idea what any of that means. Ive switched off the firewall on my router and software and still cant get ping or traceroute to do anything. I ran cmd ...

unfortunately I couldnt even begin to understand how to do this. Ive tried doing the traceroute thing and it would have been aswell written in french.

EE is a uk mobile and broadband company. Nope, nothing at all from them. and I wouldnt have the faintest idea where to begin. ive tried googling it all but getting nowhere so thought i would try here.

Thanks, Ive tried looking at these other posts and even contacted ccp myself. They suggest a vpn but I dont know how to do this hence the post. My ISP is EE and my router is EE bright box.
