Doesnt matter how many you can fit or anything. Just how many can you use at the same time and what skills do you need to do it?

(Drones lvl 5, Drone Interfacing lvl 5)

The Vexor is getting a Drone Bonus as well.
So Gallente Cruiser lvl 5, Drones lvl 5 and Drone Interfacing lvl 5 would give you 15 Drones in a Vexor as well.

The Vexor is getting a Drone Bonus as well.
So Gallente Cruiser lvl 5, Drones lvl 5 and Drone Interfacing lvl 5 would give you 15 Drones in a Vexor as well.

Ok so, a megathron is gallante, why doesnt that get 15 drones after BS level 5?
Also, if you are bs level 1 does that mean you can have 11 drones? Or do you have to have level 5 to get the extra 5?

Darko, the Domi gives a special +1 drone control for every point of the skill "Gallente Battleship" you have. At the moment it's the only ship that gives that particular bonus, though soon two of the cruisers will have it too (though, of course, they give the bonus for the relevant Cruiser skill).
So you can carry as many drones as you can cram in, but the absolute maximum you can control at once is 15. |

i hope they're still happening i realy do ... been a while since they've been mentioned
so far we know 3 things about Carriers for certain
- they are some kind of advanced drone ship
- a new class of ship ... like destroyers are
- are somehow connected to repair and salvage drones
i hope they get a +2 drone control bonus per level .... that'll rock ... 20 drones
... and will of course require Drone Interfacing level 5

Not being funny or anything, even though this would be super-cool, do drones take up as much client/server resource as another player does? I can imagine it would be easy to create your own personal lag-blob just by launching them.

i think there'll be more optomizations to counter drone lag later on ... it's only 5 more drones than the current maximum
i'm realy just 'cloud staring' .. no idea what carriers will be like ... realy want to know more ... wish they'd add pics to that Shiva page if they have them
