Everyone knows that. Unfortunately for OP and me and everyone else that hates territorial warfare, and want just random encounters, there are alot of masochistic players who tend to want to 'own space' (they probably fail to realise this is a game, take it too serious and demand rights to some virtual property they will never own, but that's their issue). The solution to those 0.0-issues is simple enough; make sure there's more NPC areas in nullsec. As for Empire, now, really is Empire an issue? Low sec inhibitants require carebears to provide you with ships. Miners, industrialists, etc. If highsec is removed, wanna bet the carebears move out to the territorial warfare (or quit) instead? I bet so. Not to mention non-stop camping/blobbing newbie start stations would be pretty counter-productive when it comes to bringing new cannonfo.. I mean, pvpers and carebears into the game. The high-, low- and nullsec ideas are fine as it is. The balance between them isn't. Still, the older I get in EVE, the more I tend to want to go back to my roots - lowsec, as tbh, it's the most balanced and most fun part of EVE as it is. Just happens to be pretty hard to make isk, which is essential for attracting players there.. no isk, no ships, etc. Ok, back to trolling?
