Can a black ops ship jump out of a wormhole to a low sec cyno?
Would be greatful if anyone has an answer to this question.

No cynos in or out w-space. At all. Posted many many times already.

No cyno of any type are allowed in w-space along with no jump clones. Only way in and out is a wormhole and if your probe ship gets killed then the last resort will be self destructing your pod.

Why? Rather than just saying "I want..." how about giving a reason as to why you want it and the pros and cons of such implementation. As it stands you are just another idiot saying what you want without reasons.

you cant jump out or in, my navigations systems in the trip earlier threw a coniption fit and threatended to eject my pod.
