Hello potential applicants!
Endemic Legion, member of the Exalted alliance is currently looking to recruit several higher SP pilots to round out its roster after our departure from A-War earlier this year and our coinciding move to the Delve region.
a little about us
We are a smaller alliance, comprised of three pvp oriented corporations, including Naqam, Cruoris Seraphim and ourselves. The majority of our pilots are self sustained monetarily, though we do seize upon complexes in our immediate locale, and a great majority of our wealth comes directly from PvP. We contain a strong European contingency with a smaller, but strong North American presence which tends to overlap with our European players, making Exalted a rather active, productive alliance of dedicated pvp'ers.
why should I join?
We are probbly, pound for pound one of the strongest PvP alliances in the region. Our (Killboard statistics will stand as testament to this claim, and our tendency to be fighting against rather overwhelming odds only reinforces the message the statics make plain: we blow **** up, period. We have no interest in claiming Sovereignty in Delve, and do not concern ourselves with the tediousness of large scale fleet engagements, alarm clock ops or "call to arms". What you will find in Endemic and Exalted, is access to a group of experienced, like minded enthusiastic and friendly PvP pilots with similar goals and interests, with a lack of drama and "serious business" attitude found all to commonly throughout the game. Make no mistake though, the laid back and casual attitude you will find amongst our members is not to be taken as lack of commitment when it comes to fighting. Members are expected to be conscientious of not only how they handle themselves in PvP engagements but also to be proactive in looking out for fellow alliance members to see to the success of each skirmish.
what do I need to join?
- Minimum of 15mil SP, this is not an absolute, but we need pilots capable of flying ships that are actually worth fighting in. Let me emphasize that the majority of combat we are currently seeing is happening in HACs, Recons, Interceptors and other sub-battleship class ships. This is not to say that we have no interest or do not fly them, but our style of engagement in the face of our current adversaries tends to put us in fight or flight situations, and the benefit of being able to strike and disappear is pivotal to avoiding the "blobs" they send after us. Being able to fly t2 fit ships, whether it's an interceptor or a battleship shows investment on your part toward becoming a committed PvP'r.
- A microphone headset with Ventrilo. This is absolutely a must and there will be no exceptions. Communicating quickly is vital to the success of our engagements, and players without voice communications are at a severe disadvantage because of this. It also is pivotal to the social aspect of our alliance, and our Vent server is normally full of people looking for people to help them roam/camp/grief/whatever.
- A good attitude. You will blow up. This is a game, and if you cannot afford to lose your HAC/battleship/whatever and go on participating in the alliance without whining in chat that you are broke and need a billion isk, then you need not apply.
- Finally, an interview, which will entail a session with either myself, Lefiere, or our head recruiting officer Jonny 101. To do so, simply reply to this thread and we will attempt to contact you, or alternatively, convo or eve-mail one of us in game.
This is not meant to be intimidating, but rather a means by which we can determine if you fit the bill. Be prepared to link current killboard/pvp statistics, and recommendations from your current CEO/co-pilots can only make you a stronger candidate!
