Oh yeah forgot to mention, gallente at the moment already have 2 *almost* completely worthless weapon systems named rails and blasters, and sleepers will primary drones? So what have we gallente specced pilots to do against sleepers? Neut and damp them with my domi?

I think capless weapons and passive shield tank is required because sleepers do heavy neuting, td and they shoot drones...

It doesn't matter if you fly caldari, amarr, minmatar, gallente, dark elf or ferrengi:
