Sorry, this kills the deal for me. It's hard enough trying to keep a perfect -10 sec status as it is, and now you expect me to give up all of my sec status losses? Hell no.
But really, I've considered joining one of the militias. It's a good deal, on paper at least, you get to keep 90% of the pirate targets you've been killing, and you get lots of free kills (on gates) that you wouldn't have been able to engage otherwise. Sadly, there's a fatal problem:
The Caldari militia ****ing SUCKS.
Your FCs suck, your fleet is a bunch of carebears in trash ships, and all you do is camp the gate in Tama 23/7. Fix this before you try recruiting.

Being blinky=more people will engage=more targets

hi i was think of join but i got few q first.
hi here are my questions for u
1) where do u operate
2) do u have an industrial division
3) if i cannot fly caldari ship is that problem
4) do u have any reimburstment schemes 2 help members get new ships
5) do u have mandatory pvp operations that if u dont show up 2 u get kicked

2) Yes. We like to mine in OMS alot, and send freighters there frequently from Villore. So you can get goods moved quickly
3) No, that's fine. You saw the alliance tournament right?
4) Sure, reimbursement happens when you kill an opponent.
5) Nothing mandatory - come and go as you pleased, but easier to find a fleet if you don't hide in a corner.

To be fair it's kind of the militia's own fault that they don't have any decent corps with decent FCs taking part.
When Genos were in the militia I tried to get people to run a few public ops but the impression you lot gave in the militia channel was just so bloody terrible that my efforts fell flat on their face.
Not to mention the fact that most of the militia had us blocked because we upset your sensibilities by pointing out how **** you were.
