I only have one question. Why did you train all the learning skills to level 5 if you only use Learning, Analytical mind and Instant Recall?

Omber and Omni are correct. My skill points have all been earned without the use of exploits. Having several accounts, I set this one up to be highly focused on production and research. With memory and intelligence attributes of 23.1 and 20.9 respectively, I'm gaining 48,312 points per day training industrial skills or 46,728 points per day training science, engineering, electronics or mechanic skills.
Bob's right in that I (this account) rarely leave the station. I do all of the production for our small corp, which pretty much ties me to our factories. An advanced clone is still important because I travel to stations with substandard refining facilities to refine ore (and eventually will want to refine using mobile refineries).
The learning skills have all been trained to level 5 primarily because I may eventually want to train ship and gunnery skills and, as importantly, because before the advanced industry and science skills came out, I ran out of skills to train, so being the skill point maniac that I am, I trained them because they accumulated points the fastest

Nice of you to reply with a full explanation.
I assume you have implants too, if so have you got the +4's or just the +3's?

See now the question is.....how are your other characters' skills looking? Dr Caymus is obviously just the cream of your crop. Got some other 17 mil plus characters?

The other two accounts have very balanced attributes...with learning skills at level 5 and full sets of +3 implants, all attributes of these two characters range from 16 to 18 points. Both of these characters have focused more on spaceship command, gunnery, navigation, engineering and electronics (with pretty good mining and drone skills thrown in). One has 16.0 million skillpoints and the other 15.6 million...respectable totals but well behind leading characters with balanced skill sets.
Dr Caymus also has a full set of +3 implants. I couldn't quite justify the cost of the +4 implants in terms of the incremental training speed benefits back when they were available. (at the time I also thought Shiva, with advanced learning skills and possibly even more powerful implants, would be coming sooner )

Edited by: Lindblom Drigsby on 11/08/2004 02:23:12 I just reached 17,030,203 SP with 137 skills not too long ago. Way less specialized but still heavy in science and industry area.
Oh and Congrats!!

damn 20 mil.. I don't even have 10 mil and i've been playing since release..
