Chribba - Hmm, could have been. I think one of them was in an Arma, the second in an... Exeq. But I think one of them was popped befor I could reach the gate and get my sweet little body out of there.
Marie Duvolle - Yeah, after a little googleing it seems like the respons time is 15-25 seconds in 0.5-0.6 so 3 min is definitly too long.

T2 donuts with the promise of T3 coming has got Concord pre-occupied speculating on the forums about how big and what flavors they will be.
Someone mentioned cruiser size only and now they're salivating so much, they keep slipping over on the wet floor and can't get to their ships to undock.

I think they nerfed Concord a little bit back.
.5 and .6 are more dangerous now, and it's easier to suicide gank.

And no, my corp is not in a war atm, and nope, got no kill rights whatsoever.
It says a lot for the forums that you state that you are simply asking the question, and yet the majority of responses within a certain time are flames. It shows that these people either don't read the OP, or are just literally trying to get a rise out of people by deliberately winding them up.
Sad, really, that people feel the need to flame people like that. Shows how socially backward they are that the only way they can deal with anonymous strangers with a slightly different opinion is to do as much to annoy them as possible. I doubt they would be quite so belligerent in reality. Hell, it's probably the fact that they are so repressed in reality that causes them to do the flaming, as it's the only way they can get revenge on the world.
That said, maybe they will change some of the concord spawns in the expansion. It would be amusing to see a Concord T3 ship (or perhaps they borrow a random fit from one of the factions).

Apologies. The CONCORD crew was at my place, had the birthday party of Officer Rainier.
Good party, lots of drinks, spirits and quafe, Admiral Fidz got a bit "wehey" and was found the next morning in an abandoned rifter with a trampstamp on.

That could be a different thing.
Concord is spawned by -10 sec status pilots upon undock or jump. When boarding a ship its either bugged or flawed design, cause concord doesnt seem to reliably spawn.
Thus:
a) undock your -10 pilot in a pod and warp to safe spot
b) undock your alt in a BS and warp to the safe spot
c) eject the alt, enter the BS
d) profit
At least thats the way one did it a few month ago, and allowed to use a -10 char for high sec suicide ganking. No idea if they have fixed it since, but i doubt it.

Close but not quite. Concord don't concern themselves with outlaws, only with unsanctioned violence. The ones who hunt -10 pilots are the faction navies, and they are faily easy to avoid.
If it was Concord, then the tactics mentioned to avoid them would be an exploit, and we'd have a lot fewer criminals in highsec (they'd be either dead or banned). As it is, it's not, so while the navy avoidance techniques is arguably buggy, it's still entirely legit.

Neither of the pilots was outlaws; they're -0.3, -1.4 and 4.0 atm.
Sheriff - Do you have a phone number to Concord so I can invite them to my birthday party next week?
Ratchman - If I hadn't said all that about not quitting this thread would be flooded with "can I haz your stuff". It's a bit sad, but also amusing in a way.
