There cannot be, pay we here the money and get such a bad service. Through laggs and stucks lose we valuable things and ships. CCP talks itself out "we cannot it not reconstruct". Which dissuades from for a putrid.
I have now lost over 300 million isk from lagging. It has lagged 3 minutes. On local have i heared from other player, they lagged by them, too.
Since beginning on durck errors into eve system we lost so many things. Do you find that ok?

I lost a Hoarder exiting a station 3 weeks ago. Six days later I got it back along with all it's cargo. Two weeks ago, I lost a secure container (holding 11 implants, 16 tech 2 skill books, and a bunch of contraband) from my hangar. Five days later, I got it all back.
Customer service is courteous, prompt and doing just fine by me.
