As of this evening Jericho Fraction has received a concord sanctioned war declaration from a newly created two man corporation named "Single Fighting Force". The description of the corporation registry is as follows:
"Corp dedicated to the ideals the origins and the beliefs of R-K and what it stands for as a fighting force. Not an enemy of the PA, and not a friend of those who stand against R-K."
The CEO of "Single Fighting Force" is one Hughesy whose employment history is as follows:

So from all appearences this is a war declaration from a subcorp of RONA-KIA which is itself of course a subcorp of RONA. And my question is, why does the self-declared combat champion corporation of the Phoenix Alliance need to sponsor a sub corporation to conduct its empire wars in this way? Why not simply declare war on Jericho Fraction with RONA-KIA and make an honest demonstration of your intention?
I do consider this continual sponsoring of sub-corps to be cowardly and base and you are clearly misusing the allowance of concord sponsored hostilities to allow your pilots to legally attack war targets while preventing your larger corporations from being attacked in turn for the hostility of your combat pilots.
By the by its not a big deal for us to add one more hostile pilot to the list of those with sanctioned warrents of hostility but we are disappointed that if RONA-KIA seeks confrontation in empire it does not do it in its own name.
Take Hughesy back into your fold and declare war on Jericho Fraction RONA-KIA.
Otherwise this just looks very weak indeed.

As for this, it is being discussed within R-K. Hughesy has taken it upon himself to do this. It is neither sanctioned or sponsored by R-K... But it is interesting that you will look for the most trivial things to post here as a forum warrior.
Suggestions for you:
1. Get back in the game.
2. Get practising at what you are obviously particularly bad at.
3. Stop worrying about 1 pilot attacking the mighty Jericho Fraction as this makes YOU look weak.

and yes I'm still ****ed off!!! Jade or someone from La Masion started a convo with me in the middle of a fight in Y9G just to insult me (I.E. was distracted)...my own fault for having the previous war enemy in my address book but still using chat rooms as a combat tactic is lame and old hat. People use to do spam convos. Again my own fault but still grumble worthy!!!

As an organised individual who has fought against members of your corporation in 1v1's, as part of larger battles and on these very forums, i found your arrogance rather in conflict with the well mannered opposition who actually fight in your organisation.
My reasons for leaving R-K are purely selfish, i want to fight in empire as well as 0.0 and seeing that your pilots arent harrassed in empire i decided that this was a perfect opportunity to do so.
I am a seperate corporation who is not employed by any corporation or alliance, i do hold dear the fact that Rona and Rona Kia are my very good friends in real life as well as the game, and i as a smart individual would rather stay friendly with them and as you can tell from my corp description am still on good terms with R-K.
Now Jade i see that you have to find something negative in the actions of others that should excell your corporation to higher standards it is a trait of someone with very low self esteem.
Could you please accept this war as one persons fight against a corporation who he see's as an enemy of my dear friends, and please do not dismiss this as a PR stunt or your corporation may well take this threat too lightly.

Just to underline the point I already underlined in the opening question. We don't care two hoots about this pilot and the "threat" presented by his two man corporation. We do however believe it is quite weak and sad for the mighty RONA-KIA to detatch a combat pilot to make a front corp to pursue a concord sanctioned war rather than declaring war with its main identity.
Now if this really is Hughsey acting on his own with no remit from RONA-KIA then you probably should have a word with him about his corporate description that pretty much categorises the outfit as a RONA-KIA subcorp. And of course since you chaps have something of a history of using subcorps to do your dirty work ("HellsAngels" wasn't it?) you can understand why this looks rather fishy.
As for Jericho Fraction strength, well, whatever, this is not a question for the measuring of members, I simply would like an answer from whoever is currently managing RONA-KIA on the actions of this ex-member.
Of course if no answers are forthcoming we shall all have to make up our own minds should monsieur Hughesy be back in RONA-KIA in a couple of weeks time.
Oh and Jugger. I imagine you are referring to my Apocalypse loss last week. Well done, you boys took out my travel mode Apoc with a thorax and Scorpion was it? (My kill mail shows 2 thoraxes but since the weapon that killed the ship was a torpedo that somehow seems unlikely)

(Or rather like a complete fool I chose to engage him with a travel mode Apoclypse with 2mwd warp core stabs and half its guns switched off ... ho humm) But he seem to get 2 webbers on my ship and hold it in place while the cavalry arrived, but it was the torpedos that did the final destruction as far as I know.
Since its been brought up now the RONA boys might want to correct their Kill list data which shows it as a lone thorax kill apparently:

RONA-KIA deny that this "Single Fighting Force" has anything to do with them.
Hughesy says he is fighting for the ideals of RONA-KIA but is independently motivated.
There is a little bit of the usual hoo-harring about how great RONA-KIA is and how much I suck in all ways by RONA-KIA. In the interest of sounding fair, Rona-KIA cannot claim they do not brag and strut around like well bred fighting*****s. As many times as Ive been in local with these guys listening to them toss their bunnies around and sqwak like WWE Wrestlers clotheslining an opponent, I would be amiss if I didnt verify that in fact the smack is little but the testicular fortitude is gargantuan. That is if you can see those from safespots.

Reason for ship death = Stupidly engaging when improperly fitted.

Hughsey always has done what he wants in game and that is one reason i respect him so much. As stated above he is a RL m8 of half the R-K guys so he is free to put what he like about us in his corp discription. R-K is not scared of your corp we never have and never will be hughsey is one of our members who spends about 1/2 his time in empire space because this is a 0.0 space war we have decided to fight it there not in empire. Due to hughsey being a psycho he needs stuff to shoot and as all our war against us in empire have been retracted he felt the need to withdraw from R-K and play the game the way he wants to play it.
The way he wants to play it is the total destruction of JF. When this war is finished in the outer regions of space i will happly join him in his quest. My reasoning is because of the retarded post that you make like this one. I do not have a fight with the rest of JF but you just draw anger and rage down on your corp.
I am very much looking forward to fighting JF in a empire war but please dont spend your whole time in your traveling setup also some time you might want to think about standing by your corp m8's and not running at the first sign of a fair fight.
Also regarding you Apoc that died Garpy hit you with 1 maybe 2 torps so he hardly counts on the helping to kill you as by your own admission you were warp scrambled webbed and you had 0 cap.. A fly in that situation could have killed you by flying repeatedly in to your ship. What i think you have said is i went up against a pilot that was out of my class and he WTFOWNED me in my apoc Kudos to him and well played. Instead you make up all kinds of lame excuses regarding travel setups

RONA-KIA under Artegg is unwilling to make Empire war declarations and prefers to wait until the ôendö of the war to face Jericho Fraction (when we are presumably alone having been abandoned by all our allies right Artegg?)

Since I've had the courage to admit a total novice mistake (engaging with a utterly inappropriate loadout with multiple hostiles in the area) then least one might think the leader of RONA-KIA could do would be have the grace to accept the honesty of the admission.
But no, even Llebring gets it, but Artegg just isn't able too, the joy at seeing a kill vs his hated nemesis is just too tempting a target for his vitriol.

This just shows how much you know about our corp and me you see i am not the leader of R-K i never have been and hopfully i never will it is way to stressful. I am one of the primary fleet commanders when i am on yes but that does not make me the leader infact i am not even a director of RONA anymore. If we were to declare war on JF now it would be a totally pointless action as we are all in 0.0 space.
We will as some point get around to a war dec in due time of that i am sure.

Because i am currently sitting at a safespot yes because i am 150 odd miles away from my gaming PC, and my boss would not take kindly to seeing me playing EVE when the company is trying to double in size. I have not been in game now for close to 2 weeks but i will be back at the weekend.
But just for your info i hardly ever sit at a safespot as i am sure the people that really fight this war every day will gladly tell you i am sure. I am either on and fighting or off doing RL stuff
Anyway i think that Inkz has hit the nail on the head.

I agree, but personally I could care less if war is declared with your main corp or an alt corp. War is war either way you put it.
Reason I responded was because Jade called this a cowardly thing & yet Jerico is friends with corps who do this exact thing. I just hate the double standard.

The people at AWM have been hiding behind our desks, fearing the inevitable when tomorrow your war declaration goes active. I have proceeded to put both of my merlins and my osprey in safe spots, just hope RKK/EVOL/m0o dont find them.
Our people have made a passionate plea on the front page of our website. I only hope it helps to satisfy your bloodlust.
On a more serious note couldnt you find someone more important to waste a war slot on?
