Been away from eve for a couple years. What is the most efficient ship to run lvl4 missions in? With max/near max in all applicable skills. CNR or Nighthawk since apparently they are comperably priced now. And Rec fitting for this ship? or Cerberus maybe? I don't know what the flavor of the month is anymore... Can fly pretty much anything |

CNR/NH are roughly equal these days. It comes down to personal preference between the two. Those are probably tied for second best ships in the Caldari lineup, with the only improvement being a Golem. I prefer a torp golem, but there's an argument for cruise missiles, especially on certain missions.

I'd say with equal skills, modules, implants, a CNR would be slightly better than a NH, with both better than a Raven. The Golem beats all of them. The Cerb is a novelty mission runner, and not as efficient as the others mentioned.
As for loadouts, check out other threads on this forum, or Battleclinic. There are many to choose from.

With Standardfitting:
1. Torp Golem
2. Cruise CNR/NH
3. Raven
4. Drake
5. Cerberus
With Gankfitting:
1. Torp Golem
2. Cruise CNR
3. NH
4. Raven/Drake
5. Cerberus
With 1 TP the IG-Damage of the Cruise-CNR is ~equal to a Fury-NH. If you fit 1 TP+Rigor/Flarrigs the Damage of the CNR is better than the NHs. Torp Golem does up to twice the Damage of both.
NHs Tank is still the best. Golem has also a very strong tank, but you have to use 1-2 TPs on it, so you loose 2 Tankslots. CNR has the weakest tank.
