Technical True Sec for this system is .78 - Maybe that is why it is still in high sec? Like I said, I'm just a broker for a seller and will look into this. This auction will be on hold until GM confirmation is received.

Could be if you could anchor said arrays in 0.78 at that time then sure it's possible, eagerly awaiting your GM answer as well then  thanks.
I put in a petition, awaiting a reply. The only other thought on this with it being in a 0.8 system is that I believe it is packaged. Maybe that's why? I'll update info on this when I get it.

I've spoken to the seller. He said that this was purchased off of a public contract and he had no knowledge of issues with the carrier. Basically, if it's allowed to be sold on public contract, why wouldn't it be a valid item to have in its current location?
Anyways, I'm still waiting on a reply from the GM's about the item in question. I will update as soon as I receive a reply.

GM approval has been acquired. THIS ITEM MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:
Here are the rules for Capitals in Highsec:
1. Capital ships may under no circumstances be used for aggression.
2. If at war, or with war declaration pending, you may not take your capital ship out of station.
3. You may not use your capital shipGÇÖs attributes to gain any sort of advantage over other players while in high security space.
4. Breach any of the above and receive 2 weeks ban and off to low sec with your capital.

Due to the EULA, I am not permitted to post petition information about this item and GM's are not permitted to post on the forums. However, I have asked a GM through petition if there were any issues with selling this item and I was informed there are none.
If you are interested in purchasing this carrier, please feel free to file a petition to verify the legality of the Chimera. My client is in no rush to offload this item and he wouldn't mind waiting for the extra 24+ hours to sell this item.
I will also be extending the auction for 2 days due to getting everything sorted.

Obviously, you have no idea of the value of such an item, especially one that is located in a 0.8 system. I pretty sure there are very few if any in a 0.8 system other than this one.

Guys, once again... If you want to find out information on this carrier and what it can or cannot do, please file a petition with a GM and ask them. PLEASE stop cluttering my auction with your debates on what can and cannot be done with this carrier.
