I've looked all through the forums and can't see a ETA on lvl 4 and above's. Is this a shiva or kali thing?

i get the impression lvl4 agents have gone the same way as tl2 turrets........on the back burner for now which is a pity as the carrot dangling was so promising only a few weeks ago....dont be too despondent though you still enjoy the game dont ya i know i do

If that means that the mechanics are done, but they are working on building up a solid mission table I can stand a little more waiting. Writing creative missions is probably a bit more time consuming than whipping up the code for the thing.

both Zrakor and Papas the primary devs for the agent system have both stated in very clear temrs that lvl4 agent have never been tied into shiva.

Just to reiterate what rancid said. Zrakor, about a month back, said he was hoping for an initial lvl 4 rollout in August.
Papa stated in his going away for hols post that he was hoping to get a lvl 4 rollout shortly after getting back from sunning himself (assuming they weren't already out), which is about now afaik.
Besides, lots of things have been promised with Shiva, but that doesn't mean you'll get them *with* the shiva release - much of it will probably be added with patches etc.

Someone needs to read the Patch Update...TL2 turrents are mentioned....

Guys, I agree that the lack of solid information about the level 4 agents is unfortunate, but please don't get so worked up about it.
Especially, please don't try to sell rumors as facts, and then attack other players because their "facts" are different 
The information on the Shiva page is preliminary and subject to change, the same goes for postings about possible future developments by the devs.
