Currently working on those curtains. How is your parachute coming?
I discovered they don't work as well as expected in space.
However, if you tie lots of cushions to a throw rug, and then sew on some arms and legs, and knit a warm and comfy hat, that makes quite a survival suit for space.
The problem really is holding your breath whilst eating the cheap beans.

Home economics is really the study of microeconomics of managing personal and home finances. The tasks you mention are likely the most important aspects of this process to you, however, allocating expenditures on entertainment are also part of the equation.

Well, you can -1 because my combat alt is elsewhere.
Can you run up the costs involved for the people camping the system also please?
As it seems there are always more of them than there are in the station at any given time I would imagine that it is fairly expensive.
++Added: Actually, make it -2. I think I'll log on now and clone jump somewhere else.

Yup, that's exactly how it went down.
In order to help out with the calculations on cost, I checked the numbers.
It was 211 local, 7 friendlies. 6 after I jumped.
That means if you just multiply the cost figure for us by 35 that will give you the figure for the goons.

I was there, they are just using local as a glorified chat room.
The only difference is that people are free to clone jump out of the station whenever they want.
However, the camp has to remain, otherwise it isn't a camp anymore.
The campers are the ones who are stuck in PR-
But hey, they can spend their bux however they want.
