My God...it'll be beautiful. 
Why stop there... Lets also make major changes to belts and rats so the best spawns are in 1.0 systems, leaving -1.0 in 0.0 with the worst and scale from there. They could even change the moons so empire moons are upgraded to dyspro and prome. Leaving all the crap to people who want to make there own empires and forge their own destines.
We can all live in a static Galaxy by removing any sov stuff so no one will even consider the idea of this being a sand box game and have CCP focus on only missions and even cut WH space out. Oh and kill the new AI so people never need to think while doing any NPC stuff.
They can also change the name to HelloKitty.eve.online and be filled with smiles and joy every time we see ships turned into flowers and...
*watches EvE go up in flames*

Laugh all you like, folks, but it's happening anyways. The Carebears are taking over. Subs continue to grow and Empire continues to swell with new dwellers in the Land of Free ISK.
CCP lols as money rolls in more and more and the PvP'ers continue to slave away feeding the factory with their pewpewage. Yes, go out and pop ships...they want you to do that. It keeps the economy running and gives the bears a way to make money off them.
Let the scavengers pretend to be something else as they feed off the glutted excess...they too are tools of the bear empire. Enjoy the delusional rabble of tearing the bears from power and harvesting tears and so on and so forth.
It'll never happen. You know it, and they know it. CCP makes too much money from it. Bottom line is on the bottom.
