I love that they focus fire and spidertank.
I mean, they fecking spider tank. That's awesome.
It's my hope that stuff like this gets the PVE crowd into a more PVP-oriented mindset in terms of fittings, tactics and strategies overall. That way when "real" PVP comes along, they may just find that they already have the right skills.

Then why not a gang of Scorps, just put a decent buffer and resist tank on em and fit 3 ECM Multies each. Sure the dps will be lacking but they will have good range, enough jams going around to shut everything down and thus help protect any HACS or Logistics.
Not to mention, such an ECM heavy gang would be more difficult to engage by wormhole prats. Hole Pirates. Hole Prats. Proles. Eh sorry, got distracted.
Someone try a gang of Scorps and tell me how it goes. *snaps fingers* Make it so.
Hopefully my brilliant edifice of long distance logic and armchair FC'ing will not be torn down by shabby reality.

A Scorp would be a good addition (longer range, larger tank, less money than a Falcon), however, Scorpions alone put out like 5dps.

Yeah I know the dps is lacking, as I said. But a 7 or 8 man gang with 3 Scorps, a Command Ship (bonuses), and a couple DPS BS, and a logistic + whatever might fly. |

they do alot of damage
one incodent where we have a tanked mega taken fire by the entire complex of cruiser and frigates ... 6 logistics couldnt even keep him alive.. least they cycle targets so if you can hold it for long enough they will cycle past you and put the hurt train on them

no, sadly this will only accelerate the downfall of PVP in EVE...it will only further convince morons that they know how to PVP by PVEing and when they brutally die in PVP then their conclusion will be that their opponenet must be using haxors or the other human player has unfair advantages or he is too rich or too many SP, and we need to get rid of expensive implants and nerf T2 ships, and now falcons, sniper hacs, and recons should be nerfed even more and MOAR nerfs must be used to balance their own inadequaces... oh no, harder PVE means worse for PVP, not better...

Can't see the video as I'm at work. Do they use both weapon types all the time? What im wondering is, can you tank them like rats with, for example just EM/Therm, or is it a full spread of damage from them all?

The Sleepers in this video were using both beam and missile weapons simultaneously, on the same target.
