To be honest CCP has a big role in this in how they role them out in the first place.
Personally I feel there's still a big problem in their management structure which is part of the problem in how overall developement is being done and patches rolled out, other of course is manpower.
One of the bigest problems is they are rolling out patches which is good, however they aren't consolodating the games position before moving on so things back up and the client etc becomes unstable.
Some serious work needs to be done in order to put the game back in a solid stable state BEFORE moving onto shiva I think, adding more and more on top of a problem just makes things worse and far higher priority has to be given to keeping the client and server hardware stable and offering slick smooth uninterupted gameplay over more minor bugs, which to be honest I don't think is the case at the moment.
Giving me the perception that CCP is constantly stamping out bush fires instead of methodical developement and avoiding them in the first place.
While new patches will mean new bugs, there's no way that every patch day should cause so much grief and pain for all.

Hope someone posts a new Dev Blog soon, it scares me every time I see: Quote: Oh what a glorious day, patch day
An NPC Corporation is not the pilot of its ships and structures! |

Could I get a dev response for two questions?
1. When can we expect to see tech2 turrets in the game, agients still show nothing as being on the way.
2. Can we get updated stats for the Guardian Vexor?
