Interceptor insurance fix doesn't seem to be a high priority to fix

If it was based on that then people would make them, insure them and get back more than they paid for, plain and simple. If you have some genious idea of how you could increase insurance on them without allowing this loophole please speak up otherwise I'd suggest you to stop whining.

Or CCP could make NPC corps sell them, but this has problems of its own. The insurance system is not the problem here, it works exactly as it should.
