WE'RE BACK!
GÇá
We Don't Need Your ISK, All We Need Is An Excuse.
GÇá
MALUM GÇá CRUSIS returns to the field of Mercenary work.
Recently refounded and picking up with the building of our memberbase, once again we offer to provide solutions to your problems. What started out in 2007, will now be offered again, and with the same mechanics.
We are slightly different in our approach compared to most merc outfits out there.
WE DON'T NEED YOUR ISKIES. Go check out that banner. As long as you pay ONLY the dec fee, we will take your contracts if it fits the simple requirements we have.
What are these requirements you say?
No POS bashing.
No contracts versus 5 man corps or lower.
Keep the contracts in Highsec.
Simple right?
Now we can hear the forum browsers already thinking 'can we haz some killboards please?'
Again, we've just refounded, so instead I offer you insights into the ratings of past and current Malum in one nifty package.
Malum from '07 to now
And some past references since we know you just love to see those.
Spacer46 wrote:My corp recently hired this fine mercenary corp to deal with a pesky war dec. They were quite professional, and did exactly what they said they would do, at a reasonable and fair price. They had a good assortment of equipment and members with a very fast response time all throughout the day. I would highly recommend their services, and will use them again in the future should the need arise.
Note, this is just an alt, since I want to remain anonymous.
Bettie Coltrane wrote:I can say as someone who has hired MC, they did a bang up job with the war dec. They accomplished all the goals i set for them in a satisfactory and admirable fashion, costing the decced corp around 2 billion isk and over 65 losses while losing nothing themselves.
This was an over 100X ROI for me and I hope to keep working with them on this war dec as I have some new goals for them. Seriously guys, if you want a good empire merc group, MC is among the best you will find. Friendly, always open to conversation to give you updates and very efficient. GOod work guys, keep it up.
Noos Onyu wrote:If you are looking for mercs to help achieve your goals in Empire, look no further. I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Malum Crusis.
They have highly skilled combat pilots and weren't shy about using whatever assets were needed get the job done. But blowing things up was only the beginning of what Malum Crusis had to offer me. What made them stand out was their willingness to complete specific objectives and change their focus as needed.
I was no slouch in collecting intel before coming to them, even so I was amazed with the rapidity and depth of their intelligence gathering. If a loose bolt fell off an enemy ship three regions away from the theater of operations, Malum Crusis would have it sitting on my desk an hour later
They are honorable and professional - when they are bought, they stay bought. There was no devil in the details either, Aesheera was pleasant and easy to negotiate a contract with. Pricing was quite reasonable and the damage to the enemies almost immediately surpassed my costs.
In short, I was pleasantly surprised in every way. Don't listen to the naysayers, these guys got the job done and much, much more.
Source? The Old Merc Thread.
With all the references, links and whatnot presented to you on a silver platter, I think I've covered most of the necessities that potential contractors would like to see. Are you being troubled by evil doers or murdered on your doorstep? Are you feeling unsafe while trying to tend to daily affairs? Would you like to taste your freedom again? Is your partner forcing you to watch soaps when all you wanna do is watch the bloody match? We can help you get back on track - but you have to deal with the soap issue yourself im afraid. Dont be shy and get your Trials of Purging for absolute bottom prices today because WE DON'T NEED YOUR ISK, ALL WE NEED IS AN EXCUSE.
If it bleeds, kill it.
Malum wants you! Old Skool PvP throughout New Eden. |

Speaking as a client, Malum Crusis has been and likely will be the most organized and professional group of EVE PvPers I have ever seen.
Flawless autonomy: Their skill in solo fights allows for fast response time and quick-and-dirty opportunity kills, but when they travel in a pack, they have the smooth organization of a single entity, with the intel and counter-intel skills of an OpSec.
Professional: No bragging, no bigtalk, they let their works speak volumes. Whether popping 40 ships in a single evening or being the lone pilot in a one-on-five fight playing for keeps, I never see any ego-stroking, just a smooth confidence from players looking for the next challenge, and having a great time doing it
From my experiences with them, they value honor over ISK, they are in it for the fights. I will be a regular client of Malum Crusis, not just for their services, but also for the awe of watching them do battle. |

In Germany there is a saying: "If it-¦s for free it-¦s without worth". (also: "If you buy cheap you-¦ll buy twice").
Filling up slots with contracts (you talking about different clients i guess). Sounds more like you just let your "clients" pay for your entertainment... and you don-¦t realy care about your clients need.
I have to admit that you get a quite nice ammount of kills. At least from those poor guys. Haven-¦t seen a kill (or a loss) against your 2nd contract (and, if you were able to fill up your last wardec slot, neither on the 3rd).
IMO there is something wrong - no idea what it is. Maybe because there is "professional" written all over the place. (HINT: You advance from hobby or semi-prof to prof by getting payed for what you do).

Did i claim anywhere that you are bad at killing people? I don-¦t think so. Did i claim i-¦m uber pro wtfbbq? If so, please point me to it.
Shorter version of previous post:
Why do you call yourself MERC? As you don-¦t take payments for what you do. Wouldnt Privateer fit a lot better?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Letter_of_marque
And it-¦s most likely not because merc might sound more "badass".
As a conlusion for your response:
You might take yourself to serious (aka: not everyone is out there to sithpost in your threads).
And on a serious note:
The hoodlum would like to mess up more of those tasty mining ops for sure. It-¦s just you have to kill (sometimes) what moves right before your neutron- blasters. I-¦m pretty sure you know what I-¦m talking about (substract t1 frigs from your kills and see whats left over). A kill is a kill (noobships and shuttles are a different story - but you never know whats in them!).
The Orca-Kill (mining op you mentioned) made the client payout a bonus. |

I am glad that you cleared that up us, thx. So, you did not say that we were not good at killing people in game, and you did not claim to be at all, in any way, uber and pro. So why are you posting? To say that we need to charge more? Well I do understand that our services are valuable, but we like to go with dollar store rates instead.
You know why?
We are preparing for Inferno too, just like what your spineless CEO claims(see post 19 and onward) , it is just that we are going about it differently. When it goes live our rates will be DIRT CHEAP because becoming an ally will be free. See what I did there? We are out for blood, murder, death, mayhem and chaos, not profit. I do understand if you cannot appreciate that kind of basic instinctual blood lust, in place of just wanting pretty KB stats. That's ok, allot of people play the game that way, as your spinless CEO noted, and this is the way that we play ours.
StoneCold wrote:The hoodlum would like to mess up more of those tasty mining ops for sure.
We are glad that you are content with your "legion-sitting-at-the-undock-of-a-carebear-station-all-day--services" that, apparently, costs more then our services, which include, an ever growing fleet of every Tech I, Tech II & Tech III ship under the sun, all flown by extremely active pilots who are happy to log in everyday and fly across the gameboard in search of the their previously mentioned blood lust.
You should be proud that you charge more then we do? Right? Hmmmm....
Well at any-rate thx for the free bumps on a Friday! I might be careful though...keeping your cheaper competitor at the top all day might not be very good business.

Ask your local and friendly spineless African Terrorist, and then plead him to Wardec Malum Crusis so all of you can shut Eternum up and teach him a lesson. I already asked Aesheera to wardedc you, but he said no because you will never undock and it is a waste of a slot. I understood, but I did sadface.
But I assure you, if you wardec us and come to fight... we most certainly will undock, and unload white Void all over your face.

FYI it is "almost Latin" but not quite. We wanted to mix it up a little bit. I might say that your name however looks like a cat walked across your keyboard and accidentally pressed enter.
