Malum Crusis killed a war target Navy Dominix in Amarr. Then the pod. The pilot runs to his older brother in the "mercenary alliance" Mining for Profit Alliance and they talk a lot of smack about how they'll dec us. Takes them 24-hours to dec us. Since then, they don't hunt us, claim they are "denying" us kills when in reality, we're doing what we do best: hunting down our contracted war targets and killing them, and still hunting for these Mining for Profit guys because they don't seem to want to hunt us.
So you can hire people like Mining for Profit, who pad their killboard with miners, missioners and Jita undock kills during Burn Jita. Or you can spend your hard-earned ISK on mercenaries with a penchant for hunting down war targets even if the odds are against them, because it's all about the good fights and efficiency! |

Benjamin sadly speaks the truth. When you display honor people try to say well it is just a game why you need honor in a game. To answer that its simple. It keeps people honest and things fun. I would bring up a RL example but again more ridicule from the faceless masses and not worth my time.
Hopefully Neut Logi is going to be a thing of the past soon or at least not as common as it is now in HISEC.
While offering services for free can make people think well these guys must suck. Well as with the Honor in EVE it is their game and they can play how they want and just throw all your counter arguements back in your face.
Great Group of MERCS!!!! Give them more targets and something to shoot.
Also I really wish Malum and Cannibal would just duke it out. Tired of the back and forths and just want to see in action who the better group is

Bumping for truth.
It's funny that they keep chatting it up about how we can't fight.
I'll explain why.
THE AWESOME BATTLE REPORT OF THE LITTLE MERCS THAT COULD ** Thats referring to YOU, mercy merc alliance. **
First off, the reason to dec us is instigated by us apparently killing a little brother of one of the Merc Miner Profiteers. He runs to his CEO, cries a bit and we get decced.
We're all happy in our manpants and decide to see this as an opportunity to fight someone that wants a piece of us.
Night one.
We roll out full force, our aggressors dock, and the person responsible for the dec slips out of system in his capsule. We are disappoint.
Night two, three etc.
Still no mercs. And even though we got decced they just refuse to show. And when we find them and pick a fight with them, this happens: Instead of a straight up fight, we see many external parties involve themselves and jump the neut RR bandwagon. It's kind of amusing since - as stated before - they keep chatting it up about how we can't fight even though we aren't the ones obligated to fight.
And when we again hunt them, they hug trade hubs like babies hang on to mother's breasts. We count 1, 2 - no 3, hell no! Multitudes of neutral reppers including those from the people they claim to protect (family ties I guess!) AND another merc alliance they secretly made an agreement with to recieve lol-protection in the major tradehubs.
So, we decide to ignore them completely since hey, we aren't supposed to be the aggressors here.
Instead, we just kill the rest of what they should be protecting right under their very noses. Bc here, BS there, bunch of faction battleships - because hey? Why not?
DUDE WHAT'S YOUR POINT?
I'll tell you what my point is. Even if we get counter-merced by one official group and their neutral friends, we still fulfill our contracts.

So...about a week ago was the first time that I heard of a guy named "VegasMirage". I had seen his posts before but I hadn't realized that he was a person of any real significance in game. I meh'd a little, and then by sheer coinkidink a corporations in an alliances we disbanded joined Dec shield.
Low and behold, the headman seemed to be this VegasMirage guy. Go figure.
Now granted, I have not been online in a day or two. But from what I remember you were hugging the Jita 4-4 station like it was the warm safety of a mother's bosom. Between you guys and mining for profit, Amarr and Jita was filled with so much neut RR that you might as well have been fielding triage carriers at the undock. Far more RR then we had numbers online to break it at the time. So honestly, I meh'd again and we decided to just not bother with it. I mean we had so many other targets elsewhere at the time, and what was happening in the market hubs got pretty boring, pretty fast.
If by some chance you accidentallied wander off of the Jita undock and the carebear-like safety of Jita, you might have seen us more. But alas, you did not. I saw one dec shield guy in Niyabainen during our short lived war, and he refused to fight me. The rest of the time all that I heard on vent was "VegasMirage is trolling in local at the Jita undock and getting neut RR". Half of us that were online did not even bother flying the few jumps over to Jita because we were busy elsewhere.
And now VegasMirage is posting in our merc thread.... Well... I guess... Meh. (shugs)

Forum pvp aside, when it comes time to fly and blow shiny ships to pieces, I'd rather have a good competent pilot at my side than some random troll from the forums who's all talk.
Having flown with Anya Klibor in the past, most definitely not a pilot I'd classify as 'all talk'. Glance at the killboard and I'd say the same about the others in this merc group as well.
Free bump for an old comrade and a respectable killboard on Malum's part.
Keep up the good work guys.

You're worse on the forums than you are in-game.
Even outnumbered, we camped you in Niayabainen for hours. You waited for us to get bored and log off - that strategy sems to work for you guys.
Then you immediately retract the war dec against Dec Shield (you can leave it running for free for a week, why don't you).
The only thing you gave us were hi sec merc pre-tears in local and some terrible attempts at smack. |

Sevrign Azura wrote:My corporation has been wardecced by a griefer corp several times, being fed up with their blatant harassment, and needing to protect corporate assets, I decided to hire mercenaries. By serendipity or windfall happenstance, call it what you will, I was offered the opportunity to make a contract with Malum Crusis several days ago, just as they were restarting operations in high sec space.
I made the decision to hire them, not knowing how fantastic a decision that was going to turn out to be.
Speaking as a client, Malum Crusis has been and likely will be the most organized and professional group of EVE PvPers I have ever seen.
Flawless autonomy: Their skill in solo fights allows for fast response time and quick-and-dirty opportunity kills, but when they travel in a pack, they have the smooth organization of a single entity, with the intel and counter-intel skills of an OpSec.
Professional: No bragging, no bigtalk, they let their works speak volumes. Whether popping 40 ships in a single evening or being the lone pilot in a one-on-five fight playing for keeps, I never see any ego-stroking, just a smooth confidence from players looking for the next challenge, and having a great time doing it
From my experiences with them, they value honor over ISK, they are in it for the fights. I will be a regular client of Malum Crusis, not just for their services, but also for the awe of watching them do battle.
I just hired them and my Eve client has never run better |

Buffing your forum PVP too I see. Although I was not there at the time, the story as I hear it (from multiple corp members) is that what started out as your ships on our home station, ended up being your ships docked inside of our home station, because we turned the tables on you.
I most certainly trust their account over yours.

I don't know what your relationship with DEC shield is, but the "assumption of how many logi they had" was based upon prior observations in Jita, and the assigning of known neut alts with negative standings. So you say 4 +2 and we beg to differ, based upon the intel that we gathered. I am not particularly interested in a he said she said debate, when the only fights that we had were massive neut RR docking games inside of station hubs.
We brought it to their doorstep. They brought all their neut RR. (shrugs)
Whatever I guess.
