the item is 50% thermic damage
activation 10 energy
Activation time/duration 20 secs.
low slot.
this is for all you capacitor loving people out there this takes less energy to activate than any other hardner as can be seen on EVE-i object explorer
auction will end 24 hours from this post.

this is a shameless bump  and a question.
i thought this was a very good mod... but i never thought to ask do armour tankers actually use these or not? is the lower cap usage actually worth it? I personally shield tank so i wouldnt know.

30 minutes to go ...
just so you know the pick up point is a 0.4 called amamake and if your a care bear :P i could always stick it in a 0.9 2 jumps out.
