Do I get the bonus from a leadership skill I have if I'm not in a gang, or do you need to be in a gang for them to start working?
Also, if I'm in a gang, and I have lvl 5 Guerilla tactics, and another member has lvl 5 escort tactics, do both bonuses take effect, or can only one person provide any kind of leadership?

i belive you need to be the Squad, Wing or Fleet booster to give the bonus to the rest of your gang.
