Imho, pimping non-dps mods on a mach (apart from the AB) is not worthwhile because (as I said above) a mach tanks by blowing up the stuff shooting you :)

20km???? My Mach hits at 60km. Close to falloff but still 1200 against Angels BS.
Plus, what mission do your shields get down to 30%?
Mach's tank is it's gank. |

How the hell is a 1200 hit (all guns) against Angels at 60km using Barrage 3000 dps???
My DPS is about 900 |
