A scorp is bestused as a fleet ship rather than a single pvp ship, if you have mates then all you have to do i s cycle jam while your mates use one or two dampners on the bad guys meaning they not only lose lock it will take them ags to lock back on again and hopefully by that time you scorp has come round to jamming them again making them lose there lock agin, this tactic will really annoy the hell out of your targets and make them flame how your a bunch of cheating w***ers and what cant you fight like real men and shield tank, ut if you can stand this barbs then its very effective, just make sure they cant run away, thats were we went wrong

Each damper after the first has a somewhat lessened effect.

I agree with Ta'krite mostly. Jammers are good because you can cycle them loads faster you use 4-5 on 1 target to break his lock then you go on to your next target to break its lock etc. the faster you can do this the more effective you are. combo this with others having 1-2 dampeners on the ships makes a hell off getting any locks :P
i cycle off a dampener is like 2-3 times longer if i remember right so your a lot slower in breaking peoples locks.
