The" Legit Trading" channel
The sole purpose of the channel is to provide a neutral trading environement free from any scam & "smack talk" to advertise contracts , ads and services[1] related to eve online .
- The "Legit Trading" channel Rules & Policy
The L.T Staff will always do their best to enforce the following statements in order to ensure higher standards[2]
[-☼-]Free from any type of scam or financial fraud[3]
[-☼-]Automatic ban from the channel for the market hub scammers[3]
[-☼-]Rigorous but not demanding spamming regulation .

Rules
☼ L.T Staff: Accurus, Dante Mckayla , 21 Salvager , Ambulation 2008 , CriticalHurt (Any complaints concerning the operators MUST be addressed to W3370PI4 )
☼ To report scammers join the "Legit Report" mailinglist & follow the instructions .(you can leave it afterward)
☼ NO CHAT!!! 1st warning = Sent by evemail / 2nd=1hour mute / 3rd=24hours /4th=PermaMute
☼ Negotiations & chat must occur in Private convo or on the "Legit T.Chat" channel !
☼ Scamming ANYWHERE in the EVE world will get you banned from this channel .
☼ 1 AD Per Item EVERY 20 SECONDS (E.G 20 contracts = 20 contracts every 20seconds)
☼ No empty lines in your ads & OverPricing an item is not a scam.
☼ Due to their lack of Efficiency Ads like "WTS in stuff bio" are not accepted you must state the category or name of the officer (E.G: WTS: barge & fighter BPC in bio/WTS Estamels MODS in bio)
☼ No price checks! for Price checks join the "Price_Check" or "Legit t.chat" channel * No lottery .
☼ Services (Character, Standings , Jump clone , Freighter ect ) must be supported by a thread on the official EVE-O forums !

☼ Disable the CSPA charges: http://wiki.eveonline.com/wiki/CSPA
☼ Suggestions: Always do business by contracts & Always Check the contracts THOROUGHLY.
☼ Denoting your contracts when advertising will bring you more interest & more customers !

Hello , just to let everybody know we are working on alternative advertising solutions. However i am pretty sure the advertisement in the trading channels is very tolerable .
There will always be 2 unpleased person for 100 pleased .

I don't mind the idea of this channel, but what's annoying about this is just how much they spam. I swear one time I was in jita they were spamming just as much as any individual scammer, and probably more than many. They claim to want to reduce spam, but yet they seem to contribute quite significantly to it themselves.

Announcement Concerning lotteries
Lotteries are now allowed on the legit trading channel However
Your lottery must be secured by one of the following 3rd parties :
- Chribba's 3rd party service
- F90OEX's 3rd party
And the Lottery forum thread must be advertised with your ingame AD & contain explicit proof that your lottery is secured by one of the mentionned third parties . Impersonating someone is a petionnable/bannable offense.
More 3rd party services will be considered later.

and really easy to follow and the rules arent there just for the show there is a logical reason behind every single rules.

I'd like you to know a few things, even though you're apparently a random insecure teenager that can't handle any kind of response that deranges from his expectations. If only the real world had a block button, right?
Firstly, the contract you link HAS never been advertised in your channel. Corpse This one has.
Secondly, please provide proof that any more bids were made after I started to see it as a Haiti donation, because that didn't happen. It stalled.
And lastly, if you want me to make a legit trading channel that doesn't scam 500m for "donations for advertising" out of its participants, feel free to continue your embarassing behaviour, by which I also mean the kick of Swiftgaze from the channel.

This is a special issue because usually we tend to vouch for the services that are in the motd.
Melleia simply bought advertising on the channel.
that doesn't entitle his service to anything regarding the legit trading channel except that we have an agreement to keep his ad in the motd for the time he paid for .
Beyond this a 3rd party with only ~15B is a rather young 3rd party therefor we don't really have enough data to judge his capacity to remain a legitimate 3rd party for large sums of isk.
this will be reviewed when he secured more isk.
We don't make people pay to be on our 3rd party list and we never will do it.
and to finish : our best interest is to preserve the legit trading channel users against any type of deception to steal their isk in one way or another.
For now we will allow Melleia to be a 3rd party for lotteries with prizes worth less or equal to 1.5B isk.

Alternatively we allow anyone to advertise a lottery in the channel based on the fact that they had 1 or more successful lotteries.
This is also a way to test the motivation of the potential channel users.
Based on this fact anyone who is serious about running lotteries can run one and advertise it everywhere , once their first lottery is over they can advertise forever in the channel ( if they remain legitimate ) .

Was a nice channel, but as i have been banned ( no reason given) and as i cant even ask for a reason bcos w337 has me blocked, and because there was no eve-mail with a reason... im going to have to say that the service has gone downhill since i first joined it back when it started up.
This person" Li ter" Is showing history of scamming - i don't need to explain myself to scammers.
This character hasn't been sold - so therefor its the same owner who has been scamming .end of the story.

you will be able to advertise on the legit trading channel whenever you have a forum thread on the official eve online forum and uses it to advertise your lottery on the LT channel.
this rule also applies to lotteries ( ☼ Services (Char sale,Standings,JC,Hauling ) must be supported by a thread on the official EVE-O forums !)

Also concerning the arguments about the weird contracts
contract who are made to deceive the potential buyer in any way or try to repeat any kind of "pattern" show in any existing previous scam attemps will not be allowed on the channel.
therefor if you sell an item like a Corpum A-Type Energized Reactive Membrane
and try to price it like a Corpum A-Type adaptative nano Membrane ( as "advertised" in jita local with a price tag of 1M isk when its in reality a 1B bid on an auction contract )
you will be banned. i am simply writing this for the channel users i stopped arguing with scammers a long time ago i simply explain my self in here from time to time to keep a good PR . in cases like this the overpricing rule doesnt apply to team's eyes and mine its a simple scam :D
what this person is eventually trying to do here is interprete the rules to their advantage :D
and im sorry im french in the first place so my english is not perfect but im trying to improve it everyday :)
